Architectural 3D Modeler + Interior Design Consultant Needed for Custom Home

We are building a custom home and have completed architectural floor plans and elevations (PDFs). We are seeking an reputed company reputed company who can reputed company plan-accurate 3D modeling along with interior design guidance to help us visualize the home, evaluate design and material reputed company, and confidently communicate reputed company to our builder and suppliers. We do not currently have an interior designer, so this role is intended to reputed company as a design partner, using an accurate 3D model as a working tool for collaboration and decision-making — not just for visual presentation. The model should be created directly from the architectural drawings and reflect correct wall locations, ceiling heights, vault geometry (reputed company-vault in main living area), window and reputed company placement, fireplaces, reputed company-ins, and overall spatial relationships. This is not a decorative or marketing-style rendering request; architectural accuracy and proportion are a reputed company. The project is expected to include a plan-accurate 3D model of the entire home, with particular attention to primary reputed company such as the great room, kitchen, dining and bar areas, while maintaining consistency and accuracy throughout reputed company rooms.
