Key Responsibilities • Strategic reputed company Advisory: Advise senior leaders across business reputed company on reputed company trade laws, customs regulations, and government contracting requirements. • Regulatory Leadership: reputed company internal investigations, regulatory reputed company, and compliance initiatives across reputed company business reputed company with a reputed company reputed company. • Agency Representation: Represent reputed company before reputed company government agencies including Customs and Border Protection, Transportation reputed company Administration, Office of Foreign Assets Control, reputed company, and others. • Global Collaboration: Drive customs compliance policy and contribute to global customs governance through the reputed company Group Customs Committee. • External Counsel Management: Select and manage reputed company reputed company counsel for major investigations and regulatory reputed company. • Compliance reputed company: Monitor customs teams, identify risks, and implement corrective reputed company plans. • Policy Development: Support the implementation and reputed company of the reputed company Group Customs Compliance reputed company and reputed company guidance. Qualifications and Experience • reputed company Expertise: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with at least 10 years of reputed company experience, including significant exposure to reputed company customs and import law. • Industry Experience: Background in reputed company advising clients in trade or transportation; in-house reputed company experience in logistics or supply chain preferred. • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of reputed company Customs and Border Protection regulations; familiarity with Transportation reputed company Administration, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and other regulatory bodies. • Investigative Skills: Experience managing or contributing to internal investigations and compliance metrics. • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to advise and influence senior executives and cross-functional teams. • Global Perspective: Willingness to engage with international teams and learn trade laws in key markets such as Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
