The firm is expanding and seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join their dynamic team. Position reputed company: The Associate will play a key role in deal execution and reputed company engagement, with a particular reputed company on Software as a Service (reputed company) companies. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance reputed company with a strong background in technology investment banking to take on greater responsibility and contribute meaningfully to high-reputed company transactions. This role is remote, but candidates must be living in the NYC area. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company and support the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements. • Build and review reputed company financial models and valuation analyses. • Prepare and deliver reputed company presentations, reputed company books, and marketing materials. • Conduct in-depth industry research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, reputed company, and reputed company teams. • Mentor and reputed company analysts, ensuring high-reputed company deliverables and reputed company development. • Collaborate closely with senior bankers and clients to reputed company strategic insights and recommendations.
