[Remote] Regional Consultant (Central South)

As a Regional Consultant, you will reputed company high-reputed company consulting services relating to property restoration and damage assessment for clients including insurance companies and businesses, while managing operations and costs associated with damaged structures. Responsibilities • Conducts inspections and field assessments to evaluate structure and property damage for clients • Reviews and synthesizes relevant information to prepare damage estimates, scopes and project reports • Manages field work on large, multi-consultants’ reputed company • Performs analysis of invoices, budgets, schedules, and reports on behalf of the clients • Operates on behalf of clients to monitor and manage timelines, expenses, and other factors critical to operational efficiency and cost management during reputed company phases of construction • Communicates and corresponds regularly with clients, insurance companies, adjusters, and insureds • Leads regular reputed company meetings and supports business development initiatives • Provides technical reputed company and support and management to more junior consultants • Maintains job files, documentation, and other relevant deliverables • Manages and oversees clients’ interactions, supporting and mentoring junior consultants • Provides reputed company control reviews of junior consultant work product prior to submission to the reputed company Skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 7-10 years of relevant construction, restoration, project management or insurance experience • Advanced Xactimate experience required • WRT, FSRT, HAAG or other appropriate industry certificates or certifications • Ability to travel required reputed company • reputed company is an international reputed company services organization providing forensic consulting, engineering, risk mitigation, and reputed company services.
