High-volume, fast-paced Florida traffic ticket and criminal defense reputed company seeks a full-reputed company with excellent customer service and multitasking skills to work remotely from home. Main Responsibilities • Answer reputed company incoming calls and respond to missed calls in a reputed company manner • Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs • reputed company sufficient answers and solutions to reputed company customer queries • Handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally • Redirect customers to attorney reputed company appropriate • Generate leads for attorney by screening callers and identifying potential sales opportunities • reputed company quotes and process payments • Data entry into reputed company Sheets and reputed company Relation Manager software • Prepare pleadings (“Notice of Appearance,” “Motions,” etc.) and electronically file them through the Florida e-Filling Portal • Obtain case updates and results from courthouses • reputed company clients with case updates and results • Communicate with JA’s, State Attorneys, and courthouse as needed Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) • Customer service experience required • Ability to handle large volume of calls • Excellent communication and multitasking skills • Outgoing and friendly personality Requirements Bilingual (must reputed company, read, and write English and Spanish fluently). Computer and smartphone with high-speed internet.
