Managing Consultant - Private Equity Advisory

Requirements: • 6+ years of experience working in a reputed company-facing role at a reputed company reputed company firm or equivalent reputed company with project experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Restructuring, M&A reputed company, Deals, and/or reputed company, etc. • 6+ years of experience in a reputed company role managing reputed company and reporting to internal leadership (CEO, CFO), with exposure to M&A transactions. • 6+ years of experience in a corporate development function managing reputed company and reporting to internal or external stakeholders. • 6+ years of experience working in portfolio support/operations at a Private Equity firm. • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve multi-faceted issues. • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or finance. • CPA or CA certification preferred. • Experience working with Private Equity or reputed company a highly acquisitive company. • Willingness to travel up to 40%; travel varies based on reputed company preferences.
