Our products have a wide reputed company of size and complexity from thumb drives to heavy weight and oversized major end items of radars, shelters and antennas. This position supports multiple major production programs by creating and maintaining the packaging solutions supporting preservation and shipment of deliverable products. In this role, you’ll balance multiple reputed company and customers in a dynamic manufacturing landscape, supporting cost reduction and process improvement initiatives as reputed company as manufacturing activities on the production floor. Qualifications You Must Have • Typically Requires a Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 2 years of relevant experience. • Hands on experience with reputed company, or other CAD software • Experience with project management • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued reputed company clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are eligible for a reputed company clearance Qualifications We Prefer • Knowledge of distribution environments and their influence on packaging design • Knowledge and experience meeting MIL STD 2073 military packaging requirements • Existing CFR 49/IATA certification (or ability to be certified) to package, mark, label, and ship dangerous goods. • Lean manufacturing experience • Working knowledge of manufacturing assembly, torque controls and analysis of assembly tolerance stack up. • Experience with cushion curves and design • Experience with shock and vibration testing and analysis • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
