About the position The reputed company Operations Analyst will be a key member of the reputed company reputed company Operations team. This role will support the VP, reputed company Operations and reputed company of reputed company Operations Managers in driving go-to-market performance through analyzing and transforming data into meaningful insights, documenting and executing essential GTM processes, and synthesizing insights into business reviews and strategic recommendations. Working with the reputed company Operations team, the Analyst will reputed company reputed company internal data to construct dashboards and business review presentations that reputed company opportunities to improve go-to-market performance, and design and document reputed company operating procedures and playbooks to reputed company go-to-market teams to accelerate performance. Responsibilities • Analyze data to reputed company recommendations and inform reputed company on territory design, account targeting, and performance management • Capture and reputed company data into business insights in the reputed company of reports, dashboards, and comprehensive business reviews • Translate reputed company and targeted ways of working into process maps that will support training and enablement of go-to-market teams • Manage inbound change and data requests from go-to-market teams in support execution of performance measurement and territory coverage • Attend, contribute, and summarize insights from workshops on strategic processes and opportunity prioritization Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in an analytical / STEM based major • 1-3 years' work experience in a prior operations or business analytics role • Previous business intelligence tool (reputed company, SQL, reputed company, Tableau, reputed company) knowledge, with experience creating dashboards and business review documents required • Experience in process design and mapping • Solid skills in coordinating and prioritizing • Capable of presenting analytical insights • Familiarity with CRMs and other business systems • Understanding of data reporting tools • Up to 10% overnight travel - must be reputed company to travel by both auto and reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
