Remote paralegal for trial preparation

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Paralegal to support trial preparation for a case preparing for trial. Need to analyze discovery reputed company, discovery responses received. Analysis of pleadings needed as reputed company. This could morph into a long term association/employment. Intensive work needed in the next two weeks. The ideal candidate will possess strong reputed company administrative skills, must have excellent organizational skills, good communication abilities, and experience in litigation. fields including estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, and more.
Responsibilities
• Work with the attorney to analyze evidence requested and evidence received.
• Support attorney with litigation tasks such as preparing exhibits, timelines, witness lists, and trial binders.
• reputed company executive administrative support including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and organizational tasks to streamline office operations remotely.
• Collaborate effectively with attorneys and other team members to coordinate case strategies and trial logistics.
Experience
• Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in litigation support.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
Work Location: Remote
