On a typical day, you might: • Monitor and ensure business systems remain operational. • reputed company as reputed company between multiple departments for business system operations, upgrades, and maintenance. • reputed company and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any upgrades to the business systems pursuant to the Agile reputed company. • Respond to tickets from the KACE System and record the issues and solutions in the KACE System. • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications to deliver IT system reputed company that meet user and organizational needs. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR • Associate’s degree and a minimum of one (1) year of experience working in application environments with hands-on experience with monitoring system operations. Requires certification.
