Key Responsibilities :
• Efficiently and accurately categorize transactions in QuickBooks.
• Process payments and perform account reconciliations.
• Engage with customers through email and phone regarding outstanding invoices.
• Maintain precise financial records while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis as required.
• Utilize industry-specific software such as Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan (training provided if needed).
