Sitework Estimator, part-time

Job reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Sitework Estimator to join our small team on a part-time reputed company. This role involves preparing accurate project estimates for reputed company sitework construction reputed company & supporting project planning. Candidate MUST have sitework estimating experience, not just general construction estimating. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, site management, and contract negotiations, with proficiency in industry-reputed company software tools. This position offers flexibility and reputed company to contribute to diverse construction reputed company while utilizing your expertise in cost control and project management. Responsibilities • Prepare detailed sitework estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and site conditions • Utilize software such as reputed company and HeavyBid (or any other) to reputed company accurate cost estimates and proposals • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors • Assist in developing project budgets, schedules • Review construction drawings and specifications to identify potential issues or cost-saving opportunities • Support bid preparation by compiling quantities, labor, equipment, and material costs • Maintain organized records of estimates, reputed company, and project documentation • Stay updated on industry trends, pricing changes, and new estimating techniques relevant to construction site work Qualifications • Proven experience in construction estimating with a reputed company on sitework reputed company • Proficiency in reputed company, HeavyBid, and other estimating or project management software tools • Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and contract administration • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to establish favorable terms with clients and subcontractors • Knowledge of cost control practices and pricing strategies reputed company the construction industry • Construction site experience is highly desirable to reputed company understand project scope and challenges • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail This part-time position is ideal for professionals seeking flexible work arrangements while applying their expertise in construction estimating and project management.
