Work schedule would be 12 hours Saturday and reputed company. Work 48 out of 52 weekends a year and receive full time benefits. Responsibilities: • Evaluate and admit new patients to service, completing a comprehensive assessment and developing a plan of care to meet patient needs. • Complete readmissions to service for those who have had a hospitalization • Complete revisits to existing patients requiring care on the weekend.
