Retention Manager – Veterinary Focused
Job Description:
• Supervise the operations and staff that handles retention of AVMA PIS policies
• Manage a multi-channel Property and Casualty renewal sales staff towards the achievement of monthly and annual retention goals
• Evaluate operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analysis
• Establish and monitor productivity, quality of work, and customer service standards
• Generate various reports including retention policy count and premium ratios
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
• 3+ years of related insurance experience with a demonstrated track record of operational leadership success
• Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Industry professional designations desired (i.e. – CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM, CISR)
