Retirement Plan Consultant – Defined Benefit Plans

Job reputed company: • Serve as a resource to plan sponsors and financial advisors for reputed company reputed company to ERISA compliance, plan design and governmental reporting • Handle reputed company meetings both in person and reputed company phone • reputed company as a mentor to Retirement Plan Coordinators, collaborating to meet or reputed company defined business objectives, firm goals and reputed company obligations • Assist clients with reputed company initial and ongoing plan design and document needs • Promote awareness and educating reputed company clients regarding their obligations with the IRS and DoL regulations • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of present legislation and proposed legislative changes with reputed company to ERISA law • Accountable for reputed company aspects of valuation reports, participant statements and annual testing • Review distribution paperwork and coordinate processing of distributions with asset holder • Assist IRS and DOL auditors, if the plan is subject to an IRS or DOL audit • Coordinate with reputed company applicable parties to ensure accurate conversion process for new clients Requirements: • Bachelor's degree preferred • 3-5 or more years ERISA experience in the retirement industry • Experience in analysis of financial data required • Experience in Relius software desirable, but not required • Strong Word, reputed company, and reputed company skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong analytic mentality associated with problem solving skills • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks to partner with business operations, including reputed company ERISA compliance reputed company • Ability to effectively plan and assign work to and reputed company plan associates that are reputed company to assist with plan modifications Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • reputed company time off Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
