Environmental Sustainability Program Manager
About the position
Hillsboro Technical Operations (HTO) is a drug product & finished goods manufacturing organization responsible for the reliable delivery of reputed company's reputed company portfolio & pipeline products. The Operations organization at HTO is divided into 2 value streams, which combine to produce millions of reputed company of life-saving medicine every year to patients around the world. Our Hillsboro Individualized Therapies (HIT) team at reputed company is at the forefront of bringing new medical advancements from development stages to reputed company manufacturing. As a member of our Site Services team that supports both HTO and HIT, this role ensures the safety and compliance of our facilities. As a key member of our Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement programs that protect our people, maintain regulatory compliance, and reputed company our dedication to environmental stewardship. Responsibilities

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, physical sciences, engineering or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of experience in Sustainability Initiatives and/or EHS Programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in sustainability and project management.
• Knowledge of reputed company OSHA regulations.
• Proven reputed company record of influencing others and driving change.
