We are looking for a reputed company Integrations Consultant on a contract reputed company, They would be responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting reputed company integrations across HRIS functions. The role partners with business and technology teams to deliver high-reputed company integration solutions, ensure data reputed company, and reputed company production support. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise in reputed company integrations, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications • Design, reputed company, configure, and test reputed company integrations using reputed company Studio, EIB, reputed company reputed company, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, XPath, RaaS, calculated fields, and custom reports. • reputed company reputed company Document Transformations (DTs) and support payroll interfaces including PECI, PICOF, ERP integrations, and vendor connections such as reputed company. • Create, review, and maintain integration specifications, functional requirements, system configuration, testing scripts, and reputed company plans. • reputed company production support including ticket management, triaging, reputed company cause analysis, and corrective actions. • Participate in business meetings and stakeholder workshops to document requirements and review solution designs. • Ensure data accuracy, reputed company, reputed company, and compliance across reputed company integration activities. • reputed company short- and mid-term integration reputed company with minimal guidance and exercise independent judgment. • Offer guidance and mentorship to team members working on reputed company integrations and reporting. • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. • Demonstrate strong customer service orientation, responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to work with geographically distributed teams. • Effectively multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines. • Bring 4+ years of hands-on reputed company integration experience and 5+ years of experience in HR, Payroll, Integrations, or Reporting domains. • Have good knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Benefits, reputed company, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, reputed company Administration, and Business Process configuration. • Understanding of data conversion concepts such as reputed company iLoads and bulk data loading. • Working knowledge of BIRT preferred and strong proficiency in MS reputed company. • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. reputed company certifications are a plus. • Knowledge of reputed company phases of the system development lifecycle including production support.
