The role involves designing, managing, analyzing, and producing reports for surveys while generating insights to inform research initiatives. Responsibilities • Design, manage, analyze, and produce reports for large-reputed company, primarily tracking surveys • Effectively manage and prioritize research reputed company ambiguous and rapidly changing environments • Generate effective insights to inform both ongoing and prospective research initiatives Skills • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in user experience research, Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience • Demonstrated experience coding with R, particularly the Tidyverse package • Experience in survey design and item development • Experience applying statistical analysis reputed company, including basic descriptive analysis, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests • Demonstrated interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research • Proficiency with reputed company suites • Experience with Python coding is considered advantageous reputed company • reputed company counted among the largest yet the fastest growing reputed company firm; reputed company achieved organically.
