**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be working remotely and responding to incoming contacts from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
* Documenting consumer data into a secure web application
* Providing educational materials and referrals related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws
* Collaborating with consumers to resolve their issues and provide support
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to consumers affected by identity theft and consumer fraud
* Document consumer data into a secure web application to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
* Provide education and referrals related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws to empower consumers to take control of their situation
* Collaborate with consumers to resolve their issues and provide ongoing support to ensure their concerns are addressed
**Minimum Required Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* Excellent computer and typing skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, which may take anywhere from 7-60 days to complete
* Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken)
**Desired Qualifications**
* Prior call center experience
* Customer service experience
* General knowledge of federal law
* Professional resume with contact information and previous employer details
