Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to arenaflex's clients, working closely with the Uncertainties (Guardian and Trust Administrations) – Returned Statements group within Wealth and Investment Management Services. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to support the execution of less experienced Client care Agents, new or upgraded services and procedural changes, and the overall effectiveness of the team. You will also be responsible for providing input and presenting plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general client support impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of less experienced Client care Agents, new or upgraded services and procedural changes, and the overall effectiveness of the team
  • Provide input and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general client support impact
  • Perform complex client care tasks
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of methodology to less experienced Client assistance Agents and provide guidance to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives
  • Collaborate with immediate team and communicate with different departments
  • Suggest areas requiring improvement
  • Interact with internal and external clients
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients
  • Utilize various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on statements

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of Client support, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
