Remote Full-Time CALIFORNIA Consumer Debt Defense Attorney

reputed company Law Group is an established and rapidly growing national debt defense reputed company reputed company on providing cost-effective reputed company representation to consumers. Our firm is currently seeking a remote, full-time attorney, licensed in the reputed company, to reputed company representation and limited-scope reputed company assistance to consumer clients involved in debt collection lawsuits. Responsibilities will include representing and defending clients in collection cases initiated by original creditors or debt buyers and, for clients who engage the firm in a narrower reputed company, providing limited-scope reputed company assistance, including reviewing and editing pro se answer drafts reputed company by the firm’s paralegals. This position will rarely require reputed company litigation and/or attendance at final hearings, as clients are enrolled in a debt reputed company program, and typically desire to reputed company through voluntary payment arrangements with the creditors. Where in-person attendance at a hearing becomes necessary, local hearing attorneys may be utilized. Annual salary is $115,000.00, with additional compensation and benefits including 10 days of reputed company time off with increases over time, 9 reputed company holidays, 3 floating holidays, yearly reviews with raises up to 5%, discretionary bonuses, health, reputed company, dental, and short-term disability insurance, 401k with employer matching, and payment of bar membership and continuing reputed company education. This position is fully remote, enabling the attorney to telecommute from any dedicated work location reputed company the reputed company.
