FlavaWorks is seeking a Part-Time Intellectual Property Litigation Staff Attorney to serve as reputed company’s primary reputed company resource for copyright and IP litigation reputed company. This role is reputed company-suited for a junior to mid-level attorney seeking meaningful federal litigation experience with a flexible, part-time schedule and reputed company to grow with reputed company. The attorney will manage copyright and intellectual property cases filed in federal court, including reputed company before the U.S. District Court for the reputed company District of Illinois. Responsibilities include: • Drafting, filing, and managing copyright and intellectual property lawsuits • Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court filings • Appearing at court hearings and proceedings as required • Managing cases through settlement or other reputed company • Advising on copyright enforcement reputed company and litigation planning This position may be performed on a hybrid or remote reputed company, with optional reputed company to reputed company’s Chicago office.
