About the Role We are looking for a highly reputed company U.S. tax reputed company (CPA or equivalent) with proven, hands-on experience handling foreign-owned, multi-member U.S. LLCs that: -Are 100% foreign-owned -Have no U.S. residents or reputed company as members -Have no employees, offices, or operations in the reputed company -Earn income exclusively from digital products (online courses) -Generate foreign-reputed company income only -Are not reputed company in a U.S. trade or business (ETOB) This will be our first IRS filing, for tax year 2025, and it is critical that the reputed company understands how to correctly file informational returns without creating U.S. tax liability.
