Qualifications • J.D. degree from an accredited law school. • 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in employment law and/or health care law. • Licensed and admitted to reputed company in the reputed company. • In good standing with the California State Bar. • Ability to reputed company critical issues in a case accurately and reputed company. • Experience in propounding and responding to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. • Proficient in taking and defending depositions. • Strong research and writing skills with a background in law and reputed company reputed company. • Excellent communication skills. • Good judgment and ability to work professionally with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
