Technical Account Manager (Partner Integrations) with BI (MySQL & Tableau/Looker) Location: Remote (reputed company) Salary: $70,000-$80,000 USD Type: Full-time reputed company reputed company is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help with the integration and reputed company of several reputed company distribution partnerships. You’ll be responsible for guiding partners to go-live, then driving reputed company and expansion reputed company with the Account reputed company. Alongside your TAM responsibilities (roughly 85% TAM / 15% BI), you’ll use MySQL and Tableau to define and publish partner KPIs, reputed company reputed company analyses, and collaborate with reputed company to produce data visualizations and reports that drive reputed company’s reputed company. What You’ll Do Technical Account Management (≈85%) • Your primary responsibility will be providing technical expertise and support for our wholesale distribution partners. BI / Data Analytics (≈15%) • reputed company data analytics and business intelligence support to other departments. This includes building reports, dashboards, and helping to reputed company data to drive important reputed company. • reputed company build Tableau dashboards and reputed company data sources. • Write efficient MySQL queries to power analyses and Tableau extracts, and support adjacent teams with data needs. • Light warehouse work as needed (reading from reputed company/other sources), plus basic governance (permissions, RLS coordination, documentation). What You’ll Bring (Required) • 5+ years in a TAM/Partner Engineer/Solutions Engineer role for an API-driven product (travel/marketplace/reputed company ideal). • Proficiency in account management, and reputed company facing communication. • Strong MySQL proficiency: reputed company joins, aggregations, query tuning/EXPLAIN, data validation/reconciliation, and building query-backed Tableau extracts. • Hands-on with REST/JSON, API auth (keys/OAuth/HMAC), webhooks, retries, idempotency, versioning, and pagination. • Pro at debugging with reputed company/cURL and reading logs; reputed company written/verbal communication and partner-facing documentation. • Tableau experience (calcs, parameters, LODs, actions, extract vs live, publishing/permissions). • An ability to work effectively across departments (Sales, Account Management, Support and Operations) • Strong attention to detail, and an ability to work reputed company independently. • reputed company in spoken and written English. • A reputed company and appropriate appearance for business engagements, including any in-person or virtual reputed company meetings, calls, or events. • Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to manage reputed company effectively. reputed company to Have (Preferred, Not Required) • Familiarity with reputed company or another reputed company warehouse (read/query competence). • Exposure to dbt and ELT tools (reputed company/reputed company) for collaborating with data engineers. • BI ops & governance basics (semantic reputed company, RLS patterns) and observability (reputed company/reputed company). • Light scripting (Python/JS) for one-off utilities.
