Manager, Consumer Insights – Ads
Job Description:
• Build a team of researchers to surface unseen opportunities and influence business direction
• Encourage creative thinking to drive business decisions
• Partner with various teams to create competitive advantage
• Engage internal and external partners to uncover pain points and unmet needs
• Develop team culture promoting health and development
Requirements:
• 10+ years leading mixed methods research supporting product innovation and development
• 5+ years of experience in ads
• 3+ years of experience leading teams of researchers specializing in qualitative/quantitative studies
• Clear, demonstrable experience as a product researcher or similar role
• Effective verbal and written communication style
