Box Truck Dispatcher (Experience Required) - 26ft Non-CDL

We are an active carrier operating a 26ft box truck (non-CDL) based in Miami, FL. We are looking for an experienced dispatcher who already has broker relationships and has booked loads for box trucks within the past 30 days. This is NOT a training role. Only apply if you have real recent experience. Responsibilities: • Book loads for a 26ft box truck (dock high, liftgate, pallet jack) • Negotiate best rate on each load • Handle rate confirmations, TONU, detention, and reschedules • Maintain communication with brokers and the driver • Track loads and send daily updates Requirements: • Experience dispatching **26ft box trucks specifically** • Must show **at least 2 recent rate confirmations** from loads you personally booked • Ability to run FL lanes (Miami ↔ Orlando / Tampa / Jacksonville) OR FL ↔ GA/SC/NC regional • Strong negotiating skills with brokers • No forced dispatch – Driver approves all loads before booking Schedule: • Flexible, but must be reachable during booking hours (7AM – 5PM EST) Pay: • 7–10% of gross weekly revenue, paid weekly AFTER the carrier is paid. • No upfront fees.
