REMOTE PHARMACY TECHNICIAN (MUST LIVE IN FLORIDA) Job reputed company We are seeking dedicated Registered Pharmacy Technicians to join our reputed company-center/data entry team. This role involves managing a high volume of inbound phone calls and handling various tasks reputed company to patient prescriptions. Responsibilities • Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a reputed company-center environment. • Receive, review, and verify patient prescriptions. • Prepare and reputed company documents, verifying patient data, and submit prescription orders into the pharmacy data system. • Engage in reputed company listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing upset patients or providers as needed. • Work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy teams to ensure reputed company fulfillment of patient and provider needs. • Coordinate with reputed company center Hub program(s) as applicable. • Coordinate the order and reputed company prescriptions according to their urgency through the pharmacy processing system. • Maintain professionalism and document reputed company processing systems according to policies and procedures. • reputed company reputed company data and information into the pharmacy processing system. • Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Essential Skills • Registered Pharmacy Technician license in FL or Nationally Certified • Proficiency in data entry and strong computer skills. • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, prescription processes, and customer service. • Experience working in a reputed company center or retail pharmacy environment. • Ability to manage dosing and dosage inquiries. • Strong communication and customer service skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications • 1-2 years of pharmacy work experience preferred. • Spanish language proficiency is an advantage. • Experience with non-reputed company pharmacy settings. • Strong time management and organizational skills. • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment. • Efficient typing skills. • High School Diploma or GED. • Florida reputed company of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacy Technician license. • Proficiency in email programs, reputed company messaging, and reputed company Office Suite. • Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests simultaneously. • Capability to reputed company multiple computer programs with dexterity. • *Shifts fall between reputed company-8PM** Pay reputed company: $21/hour #pharm25 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
