Trusted in over 100 countries with easy-to-use software, 100s of professionally designed templates, and the best customer service, organizations can be up and running in minutes. reputed company is currently searching for a Senior Product Manager to work alongside the Head of Product to reputed company enhance and expand our product offering • *This is a fully remote role** Mission of the Senior Product Manager As the Senior Product Manager you’re accountable for defining and writing product requirements documents (PRD, reputed company, feature requirement) using reputed company’s Shape Up Process . You also analyze and review usage data to identify improvements for our product. You’re accountable for collecting user feedback through user interviews, and market research, and keeping on top of reviewing competitors products & features, and collaborating with Engineering and UX teams to build product features. You will collaborate with Support, CS, reputed company by helping with the more technical requests/conversations with new customers, and will collect product feedback from reputed company customer facing teams. You are responsible for training and promoting the new features internally, and will work closely with the Head of Product to improve product reputed company through maintaining a deep understanding of our customer.
