[Remote] Clinical Customer Support Representative

The role involves working closely with the Cardiac Monitoring Center Technician team to ensure reputed company service and support for patients.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and reputed company them to appropriate team members
• reputed company outbound calls to reputed company Tier 1 troubleshooting support for patients

• Handle emails/voice messages as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
