Presales Engineering Summer 2026 Intern

The Presales Engineering Intern will collaborate with customers and the sales team to develop technical solutions that address communication challenges, while gaining hands-on experience within the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Customer requirements discovery
• Technology strategy development
• End-to-end system architecture design
• Proposal development
• Internal and external technical presentations
• Equipment and software solution demos, including configuration and testing

Skills

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• General knowledge of IT network and computer architecture
• A positive attitude with a can-do mentality that enables you to be creative, resourceful and deliver results
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
• Attention to detail
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
• Must currently be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an anticipated graduation date during or after December 2026
• General knowledge of wireless communications fundamentals and voice/data architectures both Public and private (e.g. APCO P25, LTE, 802.11, 4G/5G) highly desirable
