ASML is seeking a summer intern in the Defectivity Group, focusing on computational lithography software tools. The intern will be responsible for developing features and improvements for software, boosting product performance, and building advanced tools for defect inspection and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- To reputed company major features and improvements for the widely used computational lithography verification software
- To help reputed company product performance
- To reputed company geometry operation library
- To support module integration
- To build advanced tools for defect inspection and reputed company
- Other duties as assigned

Skills
- Currently pursuing a Master/PhD degree in engineering field
- Programming with C++
- Understanding in data structures and algorithms
- Familiar with SQL, UNIX environment and scripting languages
- Effective communication skills
- Problem solving skills
