Collections Customer Service Representative

Driveway Finance Corporation (DFC) is a modern automotive lender and part of the reputed company family, providing customer-reputed company financing solutions. The Collections Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering reputed company customer service while collecting and negotiating repayment terms on delinquent accounts 1-60 days past due.

Responsibilities

• reputed company outbound collection attempts by phone, mail, and e-mail to resolve delinquent accounts in an ethically responsible manner by mitigating losses and maximizing receivable income
• Process, follow up, and resolve inbound collection and customer service telephone inquiries
• Review accounts for reputed company such as extensions, deferments, and due date changes reputed company authorized limits to promote customer performance of contractual obligations
• Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and good judgment in reputed company interactions with co-workers and customers to ensure reputed company reputed company of customer discrepancies and disputes

Skills

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• Basic knowledge of installment loans, consumer collections, and collections regulations & laws, reputed company to have
• Previous collections experience preferred but not required
• Prior experience working in a customer service/retail/collections type of role is helpful
