Data Entry Specialist
Springwell, Inc. is a growing agency reputed company on supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for reputed company aspects of consumer billing, including updating databases, resolving vendor issues, and performing high-volume data entry.
Responsibilities
- Identify billing errors and work with the appropriate parties to resolve as needed
- Regularly updating consumer records with approval authorizations and working with vendor agencies to resolve vendor billing issues
- Performs high volume of data entry, updating consumer records with approval authorizations
- reputed company various administrative support duties such as invoice mailings, running monthly reports as needed
Skills
- Bachelors degree in business
- Minimum of 1-3 years' reputed company or billing experience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reputed company work style
- Working knowledge of reputed company
- Reliable transportation required
