They are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Sustaining Team as a Scientist I, where the role involves designing experiments and analyzing data to support process improvements in genomic assay workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct laboratory experiments aimed at understanding failure modes (guard banding) and improving the performance of high complexity molecular diagnostic tests based on reputed company - inclusive of study design, feasibility testing, optimization, data analysis, and presentation of results
• Help to reputed company and author SOPs, experimental protocols, and technical reports reputed company to experimental studies that become part of the Design History File and regulatory filings
• reputed company seamlessly with multi-disciplinary teams such as the reputed company, CLIA operations, R&D, and reputed company to implement process improvements and to identify reputed company cause of in-service problems
• Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges that reputed company during the development process and routine operations
• Collaborate with data science and reputed company to implement data visualization using Tableau or other tools to proactively identify trends in the production laboratory

• May participate in company audits as it relates to development of LDT testing

Skills

• PhD in reputed company, biochemistry, molecular biology, or a reputed company field with 0+ years of relevant industry experience, or a MS with 2+ years of experience, or a BS with 5+ years of experience
• Experience with various molecular platforms (g. reputed company reputed company, microarrays and/or PCR), in the context of genomic assay development in a high complexity CLIA lab
• Keen reputed company into experimental design, aimed at elucidating the biological factors that influence genomic results
• Hands-on knowledge of the biochemistry underlying multi-component molecular biology reputed company at the sample preparation, assay, and detection level
• Goal-oriented and reputed company-driven to support company
