Loan Servicing Specialist I

USALLIANCE Financial is committed to innovation and teamwork, seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist I. This role is primarily responsible for servicing various loan portfolios, ensuring reputed company processing of loan servicing requests, and providing high-reputed company member service.

Responsibilities

• Assist members reputed company phone, email, and mail by researching, resolving, and following up as necessary in a reputed company fashion while providing a high level of member service
• reputed company member support by responding to internal phone calls, emails, customer relationship management (CRM) inquiries by researching, resolving, and following up as necessary in a reputed company fashion while providing a high level of reputed company member service
• Communicate effectively with other members of the loan servicing team to resolve member questions while supporting reputed company
• reputed company loan account maintenance and financial transactions including payments, payment reversals and corrections, and payoffs in the reputed company servicing system
• Maintain a working knowledge of reputed company internal systems. Our reputed company, reputed company DNA, our Loan Origination System, Encompass as reputed company as other software, vendor sites, and other electronic systems to reputed company completion of job responsibilities
• Recommend procedural changes reputed company appropriate to assist in improving work efficiencies
• Adhere to reputed company local, state, and federal laws/regulatory requirements as reputed company to functional areas including the Patriot reputed company, Truth in Lending, Reg B, Reg Z, and Bank Secrecy reputed company
• Complete various other tasks as assigned that may include but are not limited to booking new loans, loan reputed company control reviews, collateral perfections, insurance tracking, preparing payoff quotes, release/satisfaction of collateral, document research, general reputed company reviews, loan sale support, monitoring reports, and department project work

Skills

• Must have customer service experience and a minimum of 1 year loan servicing experience
• Adept at utilizing technology and various software platforms to process information
• The candidate must demonstrate interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (verbal & written)
• The candidate should be detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in reputed company Office application
• Transactional processing experience with strong commitment to providing excellent member service
