[Remote] Remote-Operations Coordinator (Full-time) (Anywhere in Canada)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SCM Insurance Services is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their National Operations team. The role involves managing client information systems, creating corporate templates, and supporting national operations initiatives and acquisition integration projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and complete Client Information work orders
- Code creation and administration (ex. client, bordereaux, broker, and care of codes)
- Guideline creation and administration
- Administration of the Policy Library
- Client access administration
- Template creation and maintenance
- Project based support
- Dedicated resource to national operations initiatives
- Client code reconciliation for acquisition
- General support on acquisition integration projects
- General duties as required
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary diploma or degree
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Customer service experience
- Insurance industry experience is an asset
