Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, I

The Customer Service Specialist I will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling a large volume of incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries regarding existing reputed company estate mortgage loans.

Responsibilities

• Answer least reputed company incoming calls, reputed company an Automated reputed company Distribution system (ACD), from borrowers and reputed company parties with inquiries about existing mortgage loans

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
