They are seeking a Global Bilingual reputed company Support Specialist to serve as the primary reputed company of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the reputed company process.

Responsibilities

• Bilingual reputed company Communication: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, follow-reputed company, status updates, and clarifications, while avoiding reputed company advice and documenting communication reputed company
• Case Follow-Up and Coordination: Organize information coming out of intake, reputed company outstanding items, drive follow-reputed company to completion, and escalate issues reputed company reputed company judgment is required

Skills
