Marketing Coordinator
REMAX Twin City Realty Inc. Brokerage is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator for a full-time, 12-month leave coverage role, with potential for a permanent position. The role involves supporting internal and external communications, managing social media content, and assisting with marketing initiatives to enhance the success of agents and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and coordinate internal company communications
- Support external marketing communications as needed
- Assist with writing, editing, and formatting emails, announcements, and promotional content
- Contribute to the planning and maintenance of social media content calendars to support campaigns, events, and ongoing initiatives
- Adapt messaging and visuals to suit different platforms and audiences while maintaining brand voice
- Monitor basic social media performance metrics and support reporting on engagement and reach
- Create promotional materials for training sessions, meetings, and company events
- Support event communications before, during, and after each initiative
- Assist with light coordination and follow-up related to marketing deliverables
- Create and update marketing materials such as: Digital graphics, Simple print materials, and Presentations and internal resources
- Work within existing brand guidelines and templates
- Support ongoing marketing projects as assigned
- Help maintain organized digital assets and shared resources
- Collaborate with leadership, managers, and office teams across multiple locations
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
- Experience creating, adapting, and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms
- Strong digital design skills using professional software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop
- Ability to produce polished, on-brand marketing materials for digital and print use
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Experience in real estate or supporting real estate professionals
- Familiarity with marketing for multi-location or service-based organizations
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar collaborative tools
