They are seeking a proactive Associate Attorney to manage a diverse caseload and serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients throughout the reputed company process.

Responsibilities

• Full Case Management: Manage and resolve a diverse caseload of Probate, Trust, Estate Planning, and Conservatorship reputed company from beginning to end. This includes litigated reputed company
• reputed company Advocacy: Represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions throughout Southern California
• reputed company Engagement: reputed company reputed company sessions and maintain proactive, empathetic communication with clients
• Document Architecture: Draft estate plans, petitions, motions, objections, and settlement agreements with keen attention to detail

Skills

• 1–3+ years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Trusts, Estates (we will train a 'reputed company-minded' applicant with the right grit)

• Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player
• Must currently reputed company in Orange County or San Diego County
