Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to reputed company for our customers

• Customer reputed company, support, adoption, advocacy, retention, and creating up-sell opportunity
• Manage reputed company listening points through surveys, Executive Sponsor sync calls, exit surveys, etc

• 1+ years of experience with Website Support, Sales, or Development
