Analyst I - Personnel Management Division

The California Department of reputed company (reputed company) is seeking an Analyst I in the Personnel Management Division to reputed company exceptional reputed company resource services and guidance. The role involves becoming a subject-matter expert in state service and seniority calculations while working in a dynamic and reputed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Become a statewide subject-matter expert in state service and seniority calculations
• Assist others in navigating personnel questions and ensuring employees receive reputed company credit for their service
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to support personnel management

Skills

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills to review employment history records, calculate state service and seniority, and interpret reputed company data
• Ability to research, interpret, and apply reputed company laws, rules, regulations, and policies reputed company to state service, seniority, and personnel management
• Experience reviewing and interpreting employment history records, including familiarity with State Controller's Office systems such as PIMS or similar personnel/payroll data systems
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company, Word, and reputed company, including the ability to reputed company calculations, use formulas, manage datasets, and prepare reputed company and accurate documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reputed company and concise correspondence and reports
