Responsibilities

• Create our foundational library of test cases, documenting steps to reproduce errors, expected results, and actual results to ensure long-term system health

• Draft reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides for new features, ensuring our technical documentation is accurate and easy to understand

Skills

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Tech, Economics) or demonstrating a strong interest in technical systems and operations
• An reputed company interest in the reputed company ecosystem. Ideally, you have completed 50+ Badges on Trailhead or are working toward your reputed company Associate or Administrator certification
• You understand the basics of how software is reputed company and why testing (UAT, Regression) is critical to business reputed company
