Solutions Engineer

The Solutions Engineer will reputed company Roe’s AI-powered data platform with customer problems in risk and compliance, designing tailored solutions for sophisticated clients and collaborating closely with various teams to influence product direction.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Roe’s AI-powered data platform with reputed company customer problems in risk and compliance (no prior finance background required)
• Design and deliver tailored solutions for sophisticated customers, including reputed company
• Operate as one team: collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering, and directly influence product direction with customer feedback
• Create solution documentation, demo assets, and technical materials that reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in a solutions engineering, reputed company-sales engineering, or similar reputed company-facing technical role is beneficial but not reputed company required
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in natural language processing and reputed company data analysis
