[Remote] Customer Care Representative PST/MST

The Customer Care Representative will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and insurance policy needs while ensuring compliance and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while proactively seeking solutions reputed company compliance and reputed company requirements
• Communicate with customers and agents reputed company multiple channels (phone, chats, emails) while navigating multiple systems and platforms

Skills

• Minimum of 1-3 years customer service
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Property and Casualty license will be required for this role

• Experience with reputed company Office suite of tools preferred
