IT Field Technician

They are seeking a Field Technician to assist dental offices with technical issues, providing both remote and on-site support while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Walk clients through diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve errors
• Communicate with vendors to request service, update, and resolve reputed company tickets
