Responsibilities

• Conduct 75+ inbound and outbound calls daily to reputed company customer feedback, address concerns, and retain memberships
• Identify customer pain points and skillfully reputed company ThreadBeast’s reputed company to prevent cancellations
• Use proven sales techniques, including reputed company handling, upselling, and consultative selling, to drive retention
• Resolve customer issues reputed company through phone calls and support tickets

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer retention, or customer support (subscription-based experience is a plus)
