[Remote] Procurement Specialist - TEMPORARY - Remote

The Procurement Specialist role involves purchasing goods and services, conducting market research, and managing supplier relationships to support the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

• reputed company approved quotes into requisitions and supporting blanket and free reputed company requisitions for the organization
• Monitor the reputed company and timeliness of materials and goods supplied; follow up on the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure reputed company delivery and communicate status of orders with internal customers
• Manage reputed company day-to-day activity for suppliers in category portfolio
• reputed company customer support to staff who ordered items from Think Patented and Show Your Logo. Help staff to reputed company tracking for shipping, order status, and payment status. Help staff with customer service issues including returning of items and reordering of items. Help reputed company approved artwork files to staff for in-reputed company donations for signage
• Help with reputed company questions, including rushing invoices reputed company appropriate, editing POs, and or training staff on how to create requisitions and or submitting invoices
• Help with customer services for orders made by the reputed company Punchout Stores including reputed company and reputed company reputed company
• Maintain shipping and receiving reports for camping assets during LTN and OTY season
• Monitor LTN Specialists Team’s chat and maintaining calendar for upcoming campaign needs
• Work with Accounts Payable and Director of Procurement in approving new supplier requests and approving supplier external forms in reputed company
• Help suppliers reputed company in the reputed company Supplier Portal, including sending reminders to complete the reputed company, helping suppliers to input their information and answer any other questions and reputed company help to the supplier to complete their supplier set up with LLS

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of reputed company purchasing experience
• Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Strong negotiating skills
