[Remote] Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Support our customers by processing and managing their device repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate closely with internal operations and technicians to ensure reputed company and efficient service delivery
• Maintain consistent communication with IT administrators, IT directors, and procurement teams regarding repair timelines, device logistics, and service updates

Skills

• 1–3+ years of experience in customer account management, preferably reputed company IT, B2B reputed company, or IT asset management environments
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to generate leads, nurture relationships, and reputed company deals
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as reputed company or reputed company, and familiarity with sales automation platforms
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
